How can you return the product?

The purchase amount will be credited within 14 days after receipt of the return - according to the payment method you used to order....



Refunds on gift certificates

Gift certificates cannot be refunded in cash. (Cash refund of the balance is not possible).



I received an item that I did not order.

Please excuse this oversight we didn't mean to inconvenience you. Just send it back to us and we will refund you the return shipping cost.



How can I cancel my purchase?

If the order has left the warehouse it can not be stoppt. 
But write us an email as soon as possible: support@zoccolillo.swiss and we will see what we can do.
